At Debra DeRoo, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We are happy to pay for return shipping if your item arrived from us damaged or imperfect. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us at 212-730-5989. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain your invoice and all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing this makes it easier to return the item if necessary.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased on this site, you may (subject to the conditions and limitations described below) exchange it for another item within seven days of your receipt of the item with which you are dissatisfied. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of your receipt of the item with which you are dissatisfied.
- Please make sure that all items are returned to us in their original condition. When trying on clothing, please do not wear any fragrance or deodorant that could leave a scent or a mark. We cannot accept for return merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
- To return an item, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call our customer service department at 212-730-5989 or email us at admin@debraderoo.com to get your RMA number.
- Download [link to online pdf of ROO return form] and complete our online return form, or use the form printed on the packing slip that came with your order. Be sure to include your name, phone number, address, your RMA number, the product number, the quantity of items you are returning, and the reason you are returning the item(s). Put this in your box with the items(s) being returned..
- Please note that the cost of returning items will be at your expense. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because of a defect in the item, we will be happy to refund your return costs following our receipt and inspection of the item(s) returned.
- Fill in your name and address on your return shipping label, cut it out, and affix it to the box you are returning.
- Send your package to us using a traceable shipping method such as US Mail, FedEx, etc.
- Please allow 10 – 14 business days for returns to be processed.
